Food Reader Privacy

This notice explains how Puzzle Mango Range Media Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. 15207438, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, processes personal data when you use puzzlemangorange.buzz. We are the data controller.

What we collect

Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply.

Contact form. Our contact form works entirely in your browser. What you type is not transmitted to or stored by us unless you choose to email it.

Technical data. Our hosting provider may process server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to deliver and secure the site.

Why and on what basis

We reply to correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the journal, and process server logs for security and reliability, also a legitimate interest. Where consent is required, for example for non-essential cookies, we ask for it first.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless needed for a continuing conversation or legal reason. Server logs are typically kept for no more than 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site and our email, under appropriate contracts, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and may object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
